What types of products do you sell?

We offer a range of plastic-free eco-friendly products, including toys and gifts. Additionally, we sell a range of freshly baked goods including a large range of gluten free and dairy free items.
Can I customize my order?

We offer customization options for some of our products and bakery items. Please contact us with your specific requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where are you located?

We are based in Calne, UK. You can visit our store at online through our website.
What is your return policy for eco products?

We accept returns on most unused and unopened eco products within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our return policy page for more details.
How can I contact you?

You can reach us via email at anotherecowarrior@gmail.com, or through our contact form on the website. We're also active on social media, so feel free to send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
Can you make a dish without xx?

I'm happy to provide custom orders where possible and it is safe to do so. Some recipes will work better than others with substitutions but I will accommodate where I can. Please note that if you have an allergy, all dishes are likely to contain traces of gluten free oats, soya, sulphites, eggs and sesame.
What Postcodes Do You Deliver To?

For Bakery items that are fresh or frozen: SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN8, SN9, SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15, SN25, SN26, BA15, BA14, BA13, BA11, BA12 Please select a date and time for delivery at checkout. For all other products: Nationwide. You order will be posted at the soonest available time.
Are all your products plastic-free?

Whilst we aim to be 100% plastic-free, some of our products may come with minimal plastic packaging. Our mission is to influence manufacturers world wide to no longer use plastic packaging, and to demonstrate that affordable non-plastic toys and gifts are a commercially viable investment. We're starting small but as we grow, our influence will grow too. We are committed to offering affordable eco-friendly alternatives for toys and gifts, for a longer and brighter future for everyone.
Do you offer bulk purchasing options for eco products?

Do you offer delivery for bakery items?

Yes, we offer delivery for bakery items within Wiltshire (except items marked with nationwide delivery which can be posted nationwide). Please check our delivery page for more information on delivery fees and times.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

We offer a selection of gluten-free and Dairy Free bakery items. If you would like to request a vegan alternative for one of our products please check our menu before contacting us to request a custom order. Please note all bakery items may have traces of Egg, and Meat is present on the premises.
What types of bakery items do you offer?

Our bakery offers a variety of items, including bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and more. All of our baked goods are made fresh Monday-Friday.
Do you offer Low FODMAP foods?

Not currently, but please keep an eye on my Facebook page for updates.
How can I place a bakery order?

You can place an order for bakery items online through our website, or via our Facebook page. For large orders or special requests, please contact us in advance.
Your allergy notice states there might be traces of Oats, are they still Gluten Free?

Oats are naturally Gluten free, and gluten free oats are harvested, stored and prepared aways from gluten containing cereals to ensure they remain gluten free. I use Gluten Free Oat flour in some of the pastries and so Gluten Free Oats are often present in the kitchen. Whilst I avoid cross contamination of dishes, all gluten free equipment will likely have had contact with gluten free oats at some point and so its important to note there may be traces of Gluten Free Oats in all my gluten free products.
Do you ship your bakery items internationally?

No, our bakery items are for delivery within the UK only.
What is your delivery policy?

If you are within 5km of Calne UK delivery is free. For the rest of the UK delivery is £3.99 for 2nd class or £4.19 for Tracked 24 hrs delivery. Internationally, delivery begins at £11.99. For all Eco gifts and toys we aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 business days. For bakery items, delivery will be booked for the week after the order is placed.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times for bakery items will be confirmed upon order placement.
What days do you deliver?

For Toys and Gifts we deliver 7 days a week, nationwide and international. For Bakery items, the following applies: Mondays: Gluten Free Only Deliveries Tuesdays - Fridays: All other deliveries Saturdays and Sundays: Custom Orders Only
